Complaints and objections

A complaint is made challenging the working methods of the certification body or its employees. An appeal, on the other hand, means the complainant disagrees with the certification decision.

Upon request, a description of the procedure for handling complaints and appeals will be provided to any interested party.

Complaints or objections regarding a certification decision can be submitted in any conceivable way, in particular electronically, by post or orally (by telephone, in personal meetings).

Upon receipt of a complaint or appeal, the complainant or the party submitting the appeal will receive confirmation of receipt via email. This confirmation will also indicate whether the complaint or appeal relates to certification activities for which P-I-Plaschke GmbH is responsible - and if so – whether she needs to deal with it.

At the end of the appeal procedure, the appellant will be formally informed in writing of the outcome and the conclusion of the appeal procedure.

At the end of the opposition proceedings, the appellant will be formally informed in writing of the result and the conclusion of the opposition proceedings.
